Where is users' data stored?

Data collected from our users is stored in the European Economic Area (EEA) but may also be transferred outside the EEA. Such transfers will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.

For transfers outside the EEA, HyperLinker SAS will follow standard contractual clauses and the relevant privacy policies in countries without an adequacy decision by the European Commission.

Who can access users’ data?

User data is retained within HyperLinker SAS. We do not sell, trade, or transfer users' data for marketing purposes to third parties outside HyperLinker SAS.

Creating a HyperLinker Account

We use personal data to create and manage each user’s account and to provide a personalized experience on the HyperLinker platform.

We provide invoice history and subscription information, along with simple ways to keep contact and payment details accurate and up-to-date through the user dashboard.

We always collect the user’s email and password submitted at signup.

We may also collect the following categories of data, if provided:

• Contact details: name, postal address, phone number
• Country
• Account settings (e.g. website)
• Encrypted payment details

For subscriptions, we may also collect:

Who can access users’ personal data?

Only HyperLinker SAS customer service can access personal data. Payment data is processed by third parties (e.g., Stripe) solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Processing is based on the user’s consent when creating a HyperLinker account.

Marketing communication is based on the legitimate interest of HyperLinker SAS.

Right to withdraw consent

Once the account is closed, personal data is deleted.

How is personal data secured?

Website browsing security

We implement physical, electronic, and administrative measures to protect transmitted data. SSL encryption is used on all pages requiring personal data input.

Account creation requires a unique login and password. Users are responsible for keeping them confidential. We will never ask for credentials or payment information via email.

Online payment security

Payments are processed securely using Stripe, in compliance with banking regulations. Transactions are SSL encrypted, and credit card information is never stored on our servers.

After successful payment, users are redirected to our website and session cookies are deleted.
